In view of the increasing instances of unauthorised fee collection, fraudulent representations and payment-related scams in the education sector, the Institute has established a strict and transparent fee payment procedure.
This mechanism is intended to protect students associated with Manipur International University and Manipur Skills Institute and to ensure that all financial transactions are made only through verified and authorised channels.
Admission Fee — Online Payment Only
The Admission Fee shall be paid online only through the official and authorised payment channels of Manipur Skills Institute.
Course Fee — Direct Payment to the Institute
The remaining Course Fee shall be paid directly to Manipur Skills Institute through either of the following authorised modes:
- On-Campus Payment: Payment may be made directly to the authorised Accounts Team at the Institute campus against an official receipt.
- Demand Draft: A Demand Draft may be drawn in favour of "Manipur Skills Institute" and couriered to the official Institute campus address.

How to Make Payment by Demand Draft
Students choosing the Demand Draft option should ensure that the instrument is correctly drawn in favour of "Manipur Skills Institute".
The original Demand Draft should be securely couriered to the official Institute campus address. Students are advised to retain a copy of the DD, courier receipt and tracking details for their records.
Student Protection and Payment Security
The above payment procedure has been introduced as a measure to strengthen financial transparency, accountability and student protection, particularly in view of fraudulent admission offers, impersonation, unauthorised fee collection and misleading payment requests in the market.
Confirm that the payment channel or instructions are officially authorised by the Institute before making any payment.
Make payment only through the approved payment method applicable to the respective fee.
Keep your payment receipt, transaction reference, DD copy and courier acknowledgement safely.
Important Advisory
Manipur Skills Institute shall not be responsible for payments made to any unauthorised individual, personal account, third-party account, unofficial UPI ID, fraudulent payment link or any other channel that has not been officially authorised by the Institute.
Students and parents or guardians are advised to contact the official Accounts or Administration Team before making any payment if they have any doubt regarding the authenticity of payment instructions.
